Job Description

VIVA Auto Inc. is seeking an experienced Automobile Repair Shop Manager to join our

team. The ideal candidate will have strong managerial skills combined with hands-on

knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance. This role oversees daily shop

operations, ensures high-quality repair services, and supports a positive customer

experience.

Job Duties

Tasks

• Direct and control daily operations

• Evaluate daily operations

• Plan and organize daily operations

• Manage staff and assign duties Determine merchandise and services to be sold

• Determine staffing requirements

• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and

supply shortages

• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers

Supervision

• 5-10 people

Education and Experience

• Completing of secondary school

• Several years of related retail or wholesale sales experience at increasing levels

of responsibility are usually required
